Sage and Solace Farm is a lush 20-acre farm in the Fraser Valley. They grow flowers, and vegetables and breed miniature dairy goats for their own nutritious milk to make cheese and soap in addition to keeping a variety of heritage breed chickens to provide pasture-raised rainbow eggs.
Barb Pearson attended the Metro Vancouver Cover Cropping Field Day in the fall to learn from the host farmer and regional agrologist and to connect with other local farms. In this video, she talks about her experience, what she learned, and the practices she is now implementing on her own farm.
